Photography Booking Policy
1. Booking Process:
All bookings are made through our website or via our Honeybook CRM. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received, upon which clients will receive an email confirming their session details.
2. Payment Terms:
Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or Venmo. If there is a deposit, it will be deducted from the total booking price. If at least half of the balance is not paid in full by the shoot, we reserve the right to cancel the session and refund the deposit.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Cancellations: Notify us at least 96 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Rescheduling: Please inform us at least 96 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee may apply.
4. No-Show Policy:
If you fail to show up for your session without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited and the session will be considered canceled.
5. Client Responsibilities:
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your session without a fee adjustment. Clients are responsible for ensuring the location is accessible and ready (e.g., permits, lighting).
6. Weather-Related Cancellations:
In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
7. Usage Rights:
By booking, you grant permission for the use of the photos for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer privacy, please notify us in writing prior to the session. High-resolution files will be delivered within 2 weeks post-shoot.
8. Terms and Conditions:
